Meet Mona
Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Expert
Mona
I spent all of my 20’s obsessing about food, trying to detox, cleanse and restrict calories. If I didn’t become a dietitian, I would probably still be struggling today. I know what it’s like to fight that struggle, and I want it to be better for you.
I went through these years of trying to find the proper diet. I was overeating, under-eating, and restricting. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women free themselves from the dieting and live a happy, balanced life while eating their favorite foods. I want you to feel fantastic around food and not let it control your world.

I felt self-conscious about my weight especially as a young adult. When I went off to college to study biology, that is when I became a runner and used that as an outlet for stress management—running inspired me to take an interest in fueling my body correctly.
Once I started my nutrition studies I applied what I learned to myself. I saw how my body responded to a healthy diet and mindset. My digestion issues subsided, my energy increased and my sugar cravings no longer controlled me. I know so many women who suffer from the same struggles and that is why I am so passionate about helping others feel their best in their own bodies.
Outside of the office, I enjoy an active lifestyle with my family and 2 dogs. I spend most of my free time outdoors running or cycling and strength training. When I am home, I love tp spend time cooking and enjoying food around the table with my adult children.
